Rayong is allowing restaurants, pubs, bars, karaoke parlours and karaoke booths to open until 11pm from today, while massage parlours, traditional massage shops, spas, tattoo parlours, swimming pools, indoor stadiums, amulet shops and fitness centres can also open as usual.
